Zug, Switzerland - October 2022

I had the pleasure to teach at Manu's studio in Zug in October. It's a small lovely studio with passionate and dedicated students, the city is also very beautiful, fell in love with the nature and landscape. If you are in the area definitely go for a hot yoga class at Kolkata, walk around the lake and some chocolates!!

While teaching there, I also went to practice bikram yoga at Bikram Yoga Zug (locatd actually in Hünenberg,not Zug) and Bikram Yoga Zurich, both studios are providing original bikram yoga classes if you are traditional in your bikram practice. In Zruch they gave you a certificate for the first times, so cute!! Best chocolate in Zurich is at Moon Cafe - don't miss it!!
